Customization
Head
- Default head
- Heat with hat port - Compatible with many snowpeople hats
Color Options
- Single color - Print eyes, nose, and toes separately and glue these parts in.
- Multicolor - Head and bottom print with eyes, nose, and toes already installed.
Printing
- All parts can be printed without supports. However, the chest includes challenging overhangs that may benefit from supports on some printers.
- A 0.15mm layer height is recommended for cleaner overhangs.
- Head and chest have very little contact with the print bed. A brim may be useful to prevent these parts from detaching.
- Consider applying a slight fuzzy skin to outer walls for a furry look and a stronger grip when posing.
Assembly
- See the video above for the full assembly process.
- If printing eyes, nose, and toes separately, glue these parts into place.
- Bear can be held together with a rubber band, scrap of TPU, round sewing elastic, fishing wire, or a printed TPU tie.
- After assembling the bear, you can close up the bottom port with the 3D printed plug. Use a flathead screwdriver to lock the plug in place.
